REVIEW: Glass Onion

Technically a sequel to the wildly popular Knives Out (which I have not seen), this murder-mystery centered film is wildly fun and uniquely ambitious.As it has many layers (get it, ‘cause it’s an Onion?!), I don’t want to say too much to spoil any surprises, what I will say is Daniel Craig is tremendous, as was Edward Norton.This movie delivers something that I’ve found difficult to come by in recent years with films in this genre: genuine wit, atop a well-written, not overly contrived story. It felt original and fresh.The bottom line: After a theatrical run this week, it will be released on Netflix in late December. It’s a fun ride, and one that is worth the wait. 8.5/10
